Refunds are solely applicable for faulty items; custom orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping via Royal Mail will incur a charge of either £3.20 or £8.99 in the UK, contingent upon the weight and size of the ordered products.

Free delivery to shows is possible if your order completion aligns with the event’s schedule.
